  • Processing AP transactions through accurate and timely administration
  • Processing fixed assets transactions, maintain the fixed assets register
  • Work with other departments for the fixed assts/stock taking
  • Perform cost analysis / variance analysis to understand fluctuations of cost, and report to senior management
  • Assist in Month-end Closing by preparing journal entries and perform reconciliation
  • Other tasks assigned by superior


  • Part or Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience of using SAP
  • At least  Payable function
  • A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Able to work to tight timescales and using their own initiative
  • Willing to get involved and contribute towards meeting the wider team objectives

  • Perform effective sales administration in sales order handling
  • Provide comprehensive support in invoice processing & enquiry handling
  • Assist in preparation of analytical and review reports
  • Invoice checking and verification
  • Coordinate with various departments to deliver quality and professional services
  • Update systems for reporting and analytical purpose
  • Carry out liaison on cross regional service projects if necessary
  • Participate ad-hoc projects or assignments as instructed by the superiors

  • Post secondary or above
  • 3 years of working experience in Telecom ,IT, administration  is an advantage, immediately available is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin               
  • A good team player with initiative and good communication skills               
  • Self motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure                          
  • Highly independent & able to manage multiple tasks                                             
  • Computer knowledge of MS Word, Power point, Excel and Chinese WP


  • Onsite deliver networking services to our corporate customers.
  • Your work include provisioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support services for networking.
  • On job trainings will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Non-Office hours emergency call support is required.


  • Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunication and Networking or related discipline
  • Experience in Cisco Router/Switch, Firewall, VPN
  • Certificate holder of Cisco CCNA or higher is preferred
  • Related working experience in ISP, SI vendor or network support is definite a value added
  • Knowledge in OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VoIP is an advantage
  • Experience in SDWAN would be preferred 
  • Fluent in Cantonese, conversable in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered


  • Solid experience in network solution, such as MPLS VPN、SD-WAN.
  • Support and contribution to the network solution project in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Assist and implement the project solutions plan.
  • Conduct the customer needs and responsible for in depth analysis for our customer and provide insights and recommendations for network solution.
  • Manage Price Book and Product P&L.
  • Keep track on monitoring product/solution performance, including sales, GP, service level, customer satisfactions, in order to communicate with management and partner for better synergy with mutual benefits


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in IT & Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with networking technologies (Such as SD-WAN, MPLS and VPN).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Keep learning enthusiasm for new network products and new technologies.
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment.
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills, cost, and time conscious.
