Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support in invoice processing & enquiry handling
  • Invoice checking and verification-      
  • Update systems for reporting and analytical purpose-      
  • Participate ad-hoc projects or assignments as instructed by the superiors
  • Inventory control 

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • 2 years of working experience in Telecom ,IT, administration  is an advantage, immediately available is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin               
  • A good team player with initiative and good communication skills               
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure                          
  • Highly independent & able to manage multiple tasks                                             
  • Computer knowledge of MS Word, Power point, Excel and Chinese WP

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of various online and offline marketing initiatives including tradeshow, webinar, tele-marketing, eDM and social media. Work closely with internal teams, external partners and vendors in related to various programs.
  • Develop marketing material including brochures, solution ppt, customer cases, video, corporate souvenirs, etc.
  • Develop digital marketing and social media calendar, assist in SEO and SEM.
  • Conduct marketing research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities
  • Analyze campaign statistics to measure effectiveness and prepare related reports
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks for the department.

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B marketing experience, with hands-on exposure in social media, SEM, and data analytics
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English, Mandarin
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Energetic and Creative. Self-starter with good interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manager the HK and China team to provide the contract and system management service, including sales support, purchasing, and billing services.
  • Responsible for proposing and control of the terms of the sales contract and distribution the sales leads.
  • Analyze the sales and operation data, calculate the BP commission and provide the sales performance analysis.
  • Responsible to maintain and develop the sales contract system.  Provide the monthly data and report to management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Software and others department to develop and maintain the internal systems to enhance work efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cooperate with Group Director, Customer Service and Sales Support to realize the company’s mission and vision.

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in management level.
  • Knowledge of customer service administration, supplier management and inventory management.
  • Knowledge in IT and understanding of network services.
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English, Mandarin
  • Advanced Word, Excel and access skills.
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment.
