Furthermore, the complicated and rapidly changing dynamic of competing in the business arena today makes it increasingly difficult to operate effectively without a strong partnership network. The complexity and multidimensional aspects of many IT solutions also dictate that companies maintain relationships with a wide variety of vendors and be flexible in aligning themselves with partners.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: black\">The collaboration between Diyixian and Dynegy Asia will enable both companies to capitalize on cross selling opportunities and expand their customer bases and product portfolios into new and diversified markets. Such collaboration is based on a shared objective of driving customer loyalty and retention and therefore corporate profitability through higher levels of customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: black\">As a total solution provider with extensive technical expertise and best-in-class customer service, Dynegy Asia is dedicated to providing its clients with simple, efficient, cost effective ways to combine interactive contents with digital technologies through multiple delivery platforms. It also provides, through a joint venture in Hong Kong, online credit check services (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.creditcheck.com.hk\/\">www.creditcheck.com.hk<\/a>) to provide advice on the credit worthiness of potential customers and steer companies away from potential bad debts.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: black\">By tapping into proprietary databases to give information that should help reduce exposure to bad debt, online credit checks empower users to understand and oversee their customers\u2019 credit standing. Service providers can also use the information gained to sell more products and services to those customers they identify as good credit risks.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: black\">Under the cooperative arrangement, Diyixian and Dynegy Asia will cross-sell and promote two of their core services &#8211; the broadband service from Diyixian and the foregoing online credit check services from Dynegy Asia.
